• Check in time is not before 2pm on the agreed arrival date and check out is no later than 11am on departure day. These times may be varied by special arrangement with Lastover management.

• Payment of the rate due for the period needs to be made as follows. 50% of the rate due at the time of booking and the balance 48 hours before arrival date. A booking may be cancelled with a minimum 80% refund of any monies paid provided no less than 7 days notice is given prior to the arrival date above.

  However, if the property is re-let for the period cancelled, a full refund will be paid. Please ensure that payment is made as outlined above and the booking sheet completed and returned to guarantee your booking.

• Other than normal wear and tear, guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by them to the cottage or surrounding buildings and land and will be charged the cost of replacement or repair of such damage.

• If the property becomes unavailable for whatever reason, Lastover management will notify guests as quickly as possible and will try to find alternative accommodation failing which any rates paid will be refunded.

• Only the guests named in this booking sheet my stay at the cottage overnight. Any breach of this condition may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

• When departing, guests are asked to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition. Should the cost of cleaning the cottage be greater than normal due to an unreasonable amount of mess, such cost will be chargeable to the guest.

• Smoking is not permitted in the cottage and butts should not be left lying around on the veranda or lawn.

• Stayz house rules should be observed at all times.
